Starting today, I’ll be posting an individual workout every Wednesday.
Today, it’s the:
Target Areas: Legs/Butt
I use a 60lb dumbbell for this, but use whatever is comfortable, but not too light. This shouldn’t be easy.
Stand with your feet apart, back straight, and squat down to the floor. Keep your posture. Head up. Stand up and repeat. Typically, I do 12 reps, 3 times.
